I find that the person I have to say "no" to most is... myself! Turning down opportunities to volunteer and take on one thing after another is one thing. But the opportunities I give myself to go off on tangents and little projects that are fun but don't contribute much... those are the most tempting for me. Yes, a 40 hour work week would be a nice respite!
