It’s funny, because advice giving is big business, and yet, many folks take the advice, as Seth points out, of celebrities and others who don’t necessarily know jack about what you need advice on.

A lot of coach training “advises” heavily against giving advice. Coaches are “supposed to” draw out the client’s own wisdom, because people are the best expert on ourselves. Fortunately, many (most) coaches also do give advice, because most of them have a lot of professional and life experience that is extremely valuable.

So don’t hesitate to ask your coach – or me here – for good advice!
